This was the first video I took with a Flip Mino HD.  Steve is really good at making you feel uneasy.

The Flip is pretty cool, though!  Not superb for low light (as you can see), and not true HD (720 as opposed to 1080) but it’s pocket sized and really easy to use.  I messed up when exporting the file onto my desktop earlier and realized that if you do a straight export it will save as an mp4 rather than a .mov, but then just dumped it into iMovie and converted it from there.  Now I’ll just have to teach myself some editing software and start using it a bit more.  I expect the future holds many, many videos of the cats.

In other news, my shoot for today got cancelled, so I’m going shoe shopping.
