Sunday Smut : Soya & HottPynk
by Samantha ~ May 3rd, 2009. Filed under: smut, vision.Soya : Peace & Quiet
Another Vegas Death Plague set! I think that it is the most obvious in this one what poor shape I was in, as the majority of the photos were focused a bit softly. Know why? Because I couldn’t see straight. I really couldn’t pass up a chance to shoot Soya, though. I love the perfectly round shape of her head. Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to work together again one day.
HottPynk : Hearts & Bows
HottPynk is one of the first hopefuls I ever shot, and I really hope she becomes a full fledged Suicide Girl. You might remember her from her Zivity set
that I posted about a few weeks ago (her name is Stilla there). I was really nervous going into this shoot, since I still wasn’t terribly confident about my photography (which I’m still not, but I’m learning!), but she was such an awesome girl that we had a great time shooting, and hopefully, it shows in the set.
In other news, I treated myself to the Holga Sabrina ipod I had been coveting! I had to go to the camera shop yesterday to get some replacement bulbs for my lighting kit, and they were staring me in the face. I couldn’t resist. Shooting with film is such a different world, and hopefully it will teach me a lot of discipline with composing a shot. I’m going to go on a Holga Adventure today, so after I get the rolls developed, I’ll scan and post them here.

Really? I thought that was Soya’s best set yet. She’s very cute, i don’t blame you for wanting to shoot her.
I can see your photography getting better with time. You have a good eye, the rest is just a matter of learning by doing.
My cancer print arrived Saturday – thanks. :-)

The first picture is wonderful. I like how the leaves “protect” the girl :)
